Awesome broccoli-cheese casserole

My friend Tina last week posted a recipe challenge for me on Facebook: Awesome Broccoli-Cheese Casserole. I made it tonight and it was pretty good. Maybe not awesome, but definitely pretty good. Super easy, too; just a matter of chopping up the broccoli (they were out of the frozen stuff at Sobey's so I bought fresh), dicing onions, grating cheese, and mixing up a bowl of mayo and egg. I also tossed on some garlic salt, as per Tina's suggestion. 

I would consider this as more a side dish than a main course, but as a side dish I would go as far as to say it is in fact, awesome.
